B Group: Fast Strides Intermediate
The Intermediate Speed Skate Program is perfect for athletes looking to elevate their performance and deepen their understanding of speed skating. Building on foundational skills, this level emphasizes technique refinement, endurance development, and race strategies. Skaters in this group participate in local, regional, and provincial events, where they can push their limits and pursue their personal bests in a supportive, challenging environment.

9:15 to 10:45 a.m. (Approximately 8 to 9 Sunday practices will be held throughout the season. Refer to the Club's calendar for practice times).
Tuesday and Thursday practices: On-ice practice will end at 8:00. Parents and skaters are expected to help take down the board pads at the end of practice and must be off the ice by 8:15 p.m.
