Pre-Season Advanced (A Group) Sessions
The Pre-Season Advanced A Group Program is a focused, one-hour weekly session designed to prepare advanced skaters for the upcoming speed skating season. This program helps athletes sharpen their skills, rebuild strength, and regain confidence on the ice after the off-season. With targeted drills and exercises, skaters will work on technique, endurance, and race readiness, ensuring they enter the season in top form and ready to excel.

Fees
