Drop-In Skaters

The Club accepts drop-in skaters to practices only if:

1. ​You are registered as a member skater with another speed skating club in Canada, and

2. You have all the mandatory skating equipment, and

3. Space is available at the practice.

The club will not accommodate drop-in skaters from those who have no experience speed skating. Consideration will be given to allow drop-in skaters who are not registered with another speed skating club in Canada if the skater is an experienced speed skater. Please contact the club to discuss further.

How to register for a drop-in spot

All drop-in skaters must register through IceReg to ensure all waivers and consents are submitted.

Please check in with a coach or board member when you get to practice and they will inform you of any club protocols or required information.

Fees

Fees for a drop-in session during the regular season (October to March) are $20 per session. Fees for a drop-in session during the pre-season (September 1 to October 5) are $30 per session. Fees must be paid prior to each session. Payment can be made by e-transfer. Further information on fees can be found here.
